04 — Project Team

Your core team. Backed by Phuel.

A core team of three accountable for the success of the event end to end — design, build, facilitation, logistics and follow-through. This is your core team. Behind them, Phuel has 25 full-time staff and 10 full-time facilitators ready to step in and support any phase.

Rob Rossano — Program Design, Build & Facilitation Lead, Phuel

Rob Rossano

Program Design, Build & Facilitation Lead

Passionate. Engaging. Encouraging.

As Program Design, Build & Facilitation Lead, Rob is responsible for all areas of immersion, design, build and facilitation for the event. He works closely with the wider Phuel facilitation team to ensure consistency across every session — the through-line from opening moment to close.

Rob's background in leadership and learning & development gives him a set of skills that enables him to connect and positively challenge a diverse range of people at all levels. He's driven by helping people be their best and enabling peak performance — and he believes leadership is, above all, a choice.

Rob is fascinated by how individuals and organisations operate. He continues to learn and explore what makes people tick, and has an ability to create environments conducive to heightened engagement, collaboration and results. At Phuel he works across varied industries and many leading brands to make a positive difference.

Do more, be better, make a difference.
Caspar de Carteret — Client Director, Phuel

Caspar de Carteret

Client Director — First Point of Contact

Insightful. Strategic. Inclusive.

Caspar is responsible for co-ordinating the Phuel team, delivering on key milestones and performance criteria, and acting as your first point of contact across the engagement. He leads the team in developing and implementing the project, and ensures it's delivered on time, to scope and to your outcomes.

What's possible when people truly back themselves? That question has fuelled Caspar's work for more than two decades. He's energised by helping clients and their people discover what opens up when they adopt a positive mindset and step confidently into challenge.

Whether it's leading large-scale transformation projects or designing unique experiential interventions, Caspar loves creating the conditions where individuals and teams realise they're capable of more than they first imagined. At Phuel he brings focused energy and global consulting experience to help clients deliver meaningful transformation — strengthening leadership, shifting mindsets and improving performance across sales, service, change and innovation.

Caspar has had the privilege of working with leaders and teams across organisations including Publicis, Virgin Atlantic, Vodafone, Westpac, CBA, Thales, Department of Education, City of Canada Bay Council, Healius, Helia, NSW TAFE and WPP.

"Becoming a leader is synonymous with becoming yourself. It is precisely that simple, and it is also that difficult." — Warren Bennis
Lilah Carey — Project Manager, Phuel

Lilah Carey

Project Manager

Fun. Loyal. Driven.

Lilah is the engine room of the event — the person making sure everything runs smoothly for Fujitsu's participants, sponsors and facilitators. Working from Phuel's Operations Team, she supports Caspar in the execution of all logistics and administration associated with the conference.

She brings nine years of experience in administration, customer service and logistics, and the kind of warm, organised, get-it-done energy that makes complex events feel effortless.

Helping people has always been core to what Lilah does. Whether she's looking after clients or teaming up with colleagues, she loves making a positive impact and being part of a team where everyone feels supported.

"Do things for people not because of who they are or what they do in return, but because of who you are." — Harold S. Kushner
