Design of Rotation Workshops

We design rotational workshops end-to-end — timings, core content, flow, tools, materials and embedding activities. Whether it's a single experience for 300 pax or three workshops on rotation for 100 pax per session, we bring a partnership approach to design and schedule check-ins along the journey.

Administration Assistance

We provide scheduling assistance, logistics and communication throughout the engagement. Included in the programme — so your team isn't pulled into the operational detail.

Activation Guide

Optus Proof point — Orbital, May 2023

4,600 staff. One day. 4.85/5 rating.

In May 2023 we partnered with Optus on Orbital — a large-scale conference experience that brought together over 4,600 staff from across Australia to one location for the very first time. The objective: align and energise the entire workforce around the strategic and cultural priorities for the new year, and ensure every employee understood their role in living the Optus behaviours and contributing to the overall strategy.

We designed and facilitated a day where Optus delivered the strategic story and Phuel kept the key messages top-of-mind. The venue meant dividing 4,600 people into three groups of 1,000–1,900 and facilitating three identical sessions simultaneously in three separate rooms across the venue. Regardless of the physical complexities and scale, the average rating of sessions in post-event surveys was 4.85 out of 5.
